The Coventry Construction team is made up of long-term office and site staff. Our site supervisors and carpenters have extensive experience. They’ve been part of the business for 10 years. Our builders are all employees and trained within the business. This ensures they absorb the Coventry Construction culture and are trained to work to our exacting standards.
Owner Josh Coventry
Of course, at the core, Coventry Construction is a family-owned, local company, led by Director Josh Coventry. A builder for more than 15 years, Josh has a reputation for attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and his ability to resolve the most complex building challenges. Josh is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every client has a positive and rewarding experience. His dedication to client satisfaction has become a hallmark of the business, setting it apart in the industry.
Josh takes immense pride in his work, ensuring the highest quality in every project he undertakes. His strong communication skills and genuine care for his clients foster trust and long-lasting relationships. Whether it’s guiding a client through the process or delivering on a vision, Josh’s commitment to excellence shines through in everything he does.
Harrison Coventry
Harrison Coventry is a skilled and dedicated builder with Coventry Construction, a company he has been part of since its formation in 2016. Initially joining on a part-time basis, Harrison has grown alongside the company, gaining invaluable experience and skills over the years.
In 2021, he transitioned to a full-time role, bringing his expertise and commitment to every project.
Now a fully qualified builder with six years of hands-on experience, Harrison has become a key member of the Coventry Construction team. As the Site Supervisor, he is responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring quality control, and maintaining the high standards that the company is known for. His thorough understanding of construction processes and close attention to detail make him an asset on every job.
Harrison is also the cousin of Josh, Coventry Construction’s owner, further enhancing his dedication and personal investment in the company’s success. His combination of expertise, family loyalty, and a strong work ethic positions him as a cornerstone in Coventry Construction’s ongoing projects and future growth.
